LazyGreek Transportation with Toyota i-Real
October 26, 2007
We were pretty excited about this Toyota concept "car" called the i-Real, Toyota’s successor to the way too sci-fi to be real i-Unit. Just hear the pitch: it’s a car the wraps around your body, allowing you to zip through life with little encumbrance from mortal legs. Meanwhile, when going at high speeds, it will leave an upright position and allow you to lean back, increasing stability and cutting back on the face-first into the wall factor. It seemed like the better Segway because of its ability to cut the bullshit and haul ass as necessary. But alas, the i-Real only goes 18.6 mph, making it little more than the coolest wheelchair on the block. Hit up jalopnik for a full photo gallery.

Twin Mobile ? Moto Vs Samsung.
October 25, 2007

The fabled Helio Mysto could actually be a Samsung U600 if the rumors coming from a source at PhoneArena prove to be correct. The rumor also states that a Helio version of the phone would switch to a CDMA receiver and EVDO, but would otherwise remain its sexy-looking self —including its super trim .42-inch profile. As with all rumors, this info should be taken with a grain of salt, but I wouldn’t mind seeing what Helio could do with the U600.

The First LeoPard Os Reviews In WSJ.com

While many people waiting to use the awesome leopard but WSJ.com always be the first to test its……
Mossberg WSJ Review: After his headline ("Leopard: Faster, Easier Than Vista") and on a short history tour of Apple as a company, Mossberg moves on to say that while Leopard is good, it’s evolutionary, and not revolutionary—but still manages to keep Apple’s "advantage over Windows". He does have some gripes. He says the menubar is translucent (it’s actually not, in the final version), the icons are "dull and flat and less atractive than Vista’s" (we disagree), Time Machine, although described as "sexy", has limited backup locations. And that none of Apple’s 300 new features are a major breakthrough. However, Leopard doesn’t have any of the upgrade problems (when upgrading from Tiger) that Vista had from XP. Mossberg then goes into feature list mode, but ends by saying that Leopard isn’t a must-have, it just adds a lot of value on an existing machine.[WSJ]

Let Go on Friday with IPAQ 210 ?
October 25, 2007

The last we heard about HP’s iPaq 210, all pre-orders had been canceled and HP’s product pages had been updated to cheerily say "Coming in 2008!" — which makes it so very strange that HP’s store now lists the business-oriented handheld with an "estimated ship date" of 10/26 and a $50 price bump to $450. We’re assuming it’s just be a typo like yesterday’s SanDisk false alarm, but there’s still a chance something’s up, especially considering the device was originally supposed to ship on the 8th for $399 — not exactly easy numbers to screw up.
